Review that leads to continuous improvement (incremental and / or radical) of business processes, supported by best practices and the use of information technology, which is achieved through the following deliverables:

  • Business Process Model: Identify and schematically represent the business activities that explain the nature and functioning of the organization.
  • Process Diagnostic: Determines the level of efficiency of current processes through an assessment that measures the degree of customer satisfaction, costs and timeframes and Information Technology that supports them.
  • Process Design: Describes the activities and tasks of business processes, supported by best practices and the use of Information Technology, to produce products and services that add value to customers.
