  • Define and Align, as a starting point, the Desired Situation where we want to move our organization and we need to change. Why do we need to change?
  • Build a shared understanding of the Actual Situation is the next step: What are the Obstacles and Enablers to the Desired Situation? Identify the Strengths and Weaknesses, the Opportunities and Threats of the environment, of your enterprise and make visible why we want change.
  • Build, Align and Prioritize efficiently the Strategies to move from the Actual Situation to the Desired Situation as the key to a successful Strategic Planning.
  • Generate the Action Plan to materialize the Aligned and Prioritized Strategies and assigning responsibilities, allows for the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan.
