From the Strategic Plan a set of Projects for the Business and Support Units arise for the short and medium term that require a higher level of precision in its Planning and Resource Estimates.
With these estimates, the Capital Expenses Budget and the Operational Expenses Budgets are calculated for the Operational Period. Also the Business Operations Continuous Activity requires budgeting with their Cost Elements to Control the Administrative Work for the Planned Operational Period.
